You can enter keywords and the computer will look for a match for those words anywhere in the records of all the items in the Libraries. Like residential listings in the phone book, this search will only look for patterns of letters.

Use a keyword search when you:

• are doing a preliminary search and need ideas for additional search terms
• the word you are searching for has been in use less than eighteen months
